The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Testek Solutions under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following service: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the one-time Test, Teardown, and Evaluation and Repair on the Diesel Skydrol Hydraulic Mule (PN 9780-0427) for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 22 Weeks ARO System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
