Generally, the Relocatable Buildings offered under this sale are considered safe to sell and have no additional restrictions by this Agency. The scrap warranty is waived. Waiver of the scrap warranty means that the purchaser is allowed to reassemble the buildings and use them for their intended purpose at their final destination. A Purchaser can also dismantle the relocatable for scrap if the Purchaser does not want to use the item for its intended purpose. The item and/or scrap material resulting from this sale has a Demil Code of A and will be categorized into the SCLs listed below. 3 Relocatable Buildings that can be dismantled prior to removing or removed as intact. If purchaser decides to dismantle the relocatable building on-site, then the purchaser shall removal all components associated with that relocatable building and any residue created as part of dismantling process including any trash or refuse.
