The Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (DoD/WHS/AD) is seeking information for potential sources to secure on-site contractor support for WHS – Facility Services Directorate’s (FSD) Facility Related Controls Systems (FRCS) and Networks, and hardware and software supplies. This support will provide an integrated, structured approach to operating, managing, and maintaining the current infrastructure across all managed platforms, as well as assist in defining requirements for future upgrades and enhancements based on operational and customer trends, and refresh and renew necessary IT hardware and software equipment. This effort includes all personnel, management, and supervision necessary to provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M), management, security, and availability of the FSD Control Systems Information Technology (CSIT) environments. This includes server and workstation management, systems security support, storage services and specialized system management services such as utility management; configuration management; and other operational support services located within the Pentagon Reservation and established Alternate site(s), as part of the NCR. This includes administering, operating and maintaining an extensive server (physical and virtual) infrastructure that supports FSD IT services such as file, print, web, database and cloud based services, and enterprise applications, as well as customer-maintained business applications. FSD core services; Domain Services, Domain Name Services (DNS), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Virtual Hosting Environment, Storage, support will be at the Tier III SME level during business hours. The majority of the work associated with this effort is anticipated to be performed on-site at Government furnished facilities. These tasks shall be performed within an approximate 100-mile radius of the Pentagon known as the National Capital Region (NCR) and other locations to be determined within the Continental United States.
