The government is conducting market research via a Request for Information (RFI) to identify commercially available wearable safety and physiological monitoring technology for Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) training courses, with no contract intended as a result of this notice. The desired solution must provide real-time two-way communication, near-real-time GPS location tracking with geofencing, and continuous biometric monitoring of core body temperature and heart rate to enable early detection and response to physiological distress. Required system elements include a lightweight ruggedized wearable, an AI-enabled command dashboard capable of monitoring 400+ devices, and DoD cybersecurity compliance with RMF/ATO and FIPS 140-2/140-3 encryption standards. Interested vendors are invited to submit white papers covering company information, solution maturity, cybersecurity approach, implementation and sustainment plans, existing contract vehicles, and optional rough order of magnitude pricing. Failure to respond to this RFI will not preclude future participation, and no costs associated with submitting a response will be reimbursed.
