NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Regular Overhaul/Dry Docking (ROH/DD) of USNS JOHN LEWIS (T-AO 205) to known shipyard firms in the 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility. The ROH/DD is tentatively planned for July 2027 and would be performed at a contractor shipyard in the 7th Fleet AOR. Eligible firms must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. Interested ship repair firms should submit a capability statement on company letterhead, no more than five pages, with contact information, relevant major ship repair experience, contract type, dollar value, employee count, years in business, and Navy ship repair experience as directed.
