For clarification, offers must adhere to the SBA small business size standard of $16.5M The Air Force-Research Laboratory (AFRL) located at Kirtland AFB is considering an on-site Contract Closeout Support Services contract with an estimated annual Small Business size standard of $16,500,000.00. This procurement is to provide contract closeout support services and cost analysis support services for the Air Force Research Laboratory for Det 8 Contracting Division (RVK) (AFRL Det 8/RVK). WE WILL NOT LOOK AT ANYONE OUTSIDE OF 8(a) PROGRAM.
