This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation or confirmation the Government will contract for the items contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources for a Small Business set-aside for the solicitation, and in determining whether this approach to secure contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice will not be returned. 1. GENERAL: The purchase of six (6) ATVs in support of JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas to replace current fleet. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICE: The contractor shall provide, deliver, and unload a total of (6) ATV’s. All ATV’s requirements shall have the following characteristics: 75-80 horsepower engine Industry leading on demand all-wheel drive 12” ground clearance 30 A.H. Battery 1,500 lbs Towing capacity 360 lbs front and rear rack capacity Dual Light Bar Wire Harness Y – Adaptor (req single light harness) Rigid D-Series Flood Lights-pair (3268 lumens)-req. Y Harness 850 Ultimate Series Front Bumper 850/1000 Ultimate Series Rear Bumper 850 HD 2500 LB Winch-steel cable Classifies vehicles (small, medium, and large) Versatile, Heavy-Duty Grips to secure long rifle weapons system Handguards-Black (req.Mount) Handguard Mounts Single Light Bar Wire Harness WARRANTY: A lifetime warranty is highly recommended. 3.
