Sources Sought Notice for the Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is conducting market research for its Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program, which establishes direct pricing agreements with manufacturers to supply products through Subsistence Prime Vendor partners globally. The program requires monthly electronic submission of pricing data and mandates that offered prices be equal to or less than those given to similar commercial customers. Manufacturers must be able to socialize their products to military customers and participate in the National Allowance Pricing Agreement (NAPA) program, using NAPA stock numbers for overseas sales. Interested manufacturers are asked to provide detailed company, capability, and product information, including their pricing model and technical ability for monthly reporting. This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought notice only, does not constitute a government commitment, and the government will not pay for any information submitted.
