The Minnesota National Guard (MNRNG) is seeking options for a Funds Management Software Program for simple funds management, and must include internal controls and audit functionality. The program should be relatively inexpensive, designed and best suited for small business use, and not require a lot of training. The program will also have internal controls and audit functionally to allow the remote viewing of fund records, reconciliations, and supporting documents by administrators and auditors. The program should support more than 200 different funds with at least 100 different fund manager user profiles, and be able to work with dollar amounts from several hundred dollars to several hundred thousand dollars. This program will be utilized at several different sites around the state, must work within the MNNG network, and is desired to be CON or eMASS approved (CON = Certificate of Networthiness; eMASS = Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service).
