The 820th BDG requires two Blue UAS/NDAA-compliant Group 2 small UAS and accessory kits as a complete, fielded, mission-ready system supporting ISR, base defense, expeditionary operations, and limited resupply in austere and contested electromagnetic environments. The required solution includes aircraft, ground control stations, ISR payloads, extended communications, batteries/charging, payload delivery mechanisms, transport/storage, spares/maintenance kits, training, and software licenses/support, with specific items such as PDW C100 or equal, spare parts, LEP smart batteries, rucks, battery cases/chargers, GCS, SBM kit, range extension kit, mechanical release devices/plates, 3 years of software maintenance and support, a minimum 3-day training course, and a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
