The required solution includes aircraft, ground control stations, ISR payloads, extended communications, batteries/charging, payload delivery mechanisms, transport/storage, spares/maintenance kits, training, and software licenses/support, with specific items such as PDW C100 or equal, spare parts, LEP smart batteries, rucks, battery cases/chargers, GCS, SBM kit, range extension kit, mechanical release devices/plates, 3 years of software maintenance and support, a minimum 3-day training course, and a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
