PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW: SSESNG-19-R-2091 Point 1: This is a 6th Draft RFP for the DACMS effort Q&A's posted LOE Updated RFP Updated CDRLs updated Point 2: Due to time constraints the solicitation posting and the Q&A on the solicitation will be very short. The Government does not intend to provide any extensions to the solicitation. The effort has to have an award date on or about March 15, 2019. The Q&A will have a due date of February 8, 2019. The Government intends to post the final solicitation February 6, 2019 by 3:00pm eastern standard time. ***At this time do not provide any additional feedback to the Pre-Solicitation posting. The Government will provide a question/answer period during the solicitation phase. The Government intends to solicit a Software and Systems Engineering Services Next Generation (SSES NEXGEN) Effort for the Army Data, Architecture, Content/Knowledge Management Solutions (DACMS) effort under the Unrestricted Suite. Requirements shall include Data Architecture, Army Data Management Program, Strategic Services Architecture Support, Data Centric Solutions, and Content/ Knowledge Management Solution Services. Further requirements can be found on the attached Draft Request for Proposal. The Government is requesting the SSES NEXGEN contractors review and provide feedback to the draft RFP. Overall the Government wants feedback so they can take any feedback provided and make any updates that would make this draft RFP clearer and allow potential offerors under the SSES NEXGEN Suite to provide a proposal to support the effort.
