This notice is issued pursuant Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR16.) This is a Draft Solicitation for SSESNG-18-R-2092, Command, Control & Communications Tactical (C3T)Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) & Post Production Software Support (PPSS). This Request for Proposal (RFP) SSESR-2092 package is hereby competed under solicitation number SSESNG-18-R-2092 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth under the Software and Systems EngineeringServices Next Generation (SSES-NexGen) multiple award IDIQ Basic Contract. Contract holders under the Unrestricted Suite are permitted to submit proposals for this effort. Questions regarding this RFP must be in writing and directed via email to Jamie MacGillis, Contract Specialist at jamie.e.macgillis.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Matthew R. Marx at matthew.r.marx.civ@mail.mil. All correspondence must reference Solicitation Number SSESNG-18-R-2092. The cut-off for questions for this draft solicitation is August 10, 2018 at 5:00pm, Eastern Time. All questions submitted before the cut-off will be answered electronically such that all the SSES NexGen Unrestricted suite contactors will see both the questions and answers. However the identity of the person/company asking the questions will not be disclosed. NOTE: All referenced attachments are attached directly to the RFP file. NOTE: This RFP is restricted to the SSES NexGen Unrestricted Suite contractors/offerors.
