The Government is seeking industry recommendations for developing a scalable Unified Messaging Service to provide translation, data normalization, fusion, and transmission for the MD 2 and 2 STS Space Domain Awareness mission systems. This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation. The required service must be deployable in multiple locations, including on-premise hardware and various cloud domains, and support multiple classification levels. Responses are due by 6 March 2026. The Government encourages responses from businesses of all sizes, with particular interest in those from small and small disadvantaged businesses.
