Sources Sought to identify capable and interested vendors to renovate 94 housing/office trailers at Apiay Air Base / Luis Gomez Nino Air Base near Villavicencio, Colombia. Capability statement requested by 11:00 Central on 19 July 2023. Company must be registered to do business in Colombia and accept U.S. Government terms and conditions to include progress payments / payments as work is complete. No Advanced Payment authorized. Generic scope of work includes: Cabin interior - All wiring, electrical connections, wall sockets, lamps, extractors, UTP TV sockets, switches, and circuit breakers must be replaced. They must comply with the technical standard "RETIE" (Colombian Technical Regulations for Electrical installations). Corridors - Electrical repairs must be made to all wiring and electrical connections within the CHU corridors and roof, which includes replacement of all electrical accessories to comply with the technical standards required in country. Total of ninety-four (94) CHUs. Scheduling of repairs will be coordinated with COR taking into consideration the availability of unoccupied CHUs and accessibility to Captain Luis F. Gómez Niño Air Base. The Performance Work Statement is a work in progress, and additional renovations such as replacing the wall coverings and adding insulation concurrently with the electrical upgrade / renovation may be added. Please include in the Capability Statement your company's ability to complete tasks in addition to electrical upgrades.
