DeCA is conducting market research via an RFI/sources sought to identify active GSA MAS 8(a) contract holders under SIN 561720 capable of providing custodial and day porter services at DeCA Headquarters, Building 11200, Fort Lee, VA. The requirement covers an approximately 147,000 sq ft Class A office complex with routine services Monday–Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., after-hours periodic floor care, and exclusions for personal convenience cleaning. Anticipated performance is a 12-month base period beginning June 1, 2027, plus four consecutive 12-month option periods through May 31, 2032.
