The build of this project is expected to begin in early summer 2020 and completed in sufficient time in preparation of an upcoming Vigilant Guard exercise scheduled for August 2020. The 119th Wing located in Fargo, North Dakota has a requirement for a Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) Build (Rubble Pile) to provide Search & Extraction (S&E) Training in the following disciplines: Lifting and Hauling Shoring Confined Space Rope Breaching and Breaking The 119th Wing is specifically seeking out Small Business vendors who can support this effort.
