All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This Sources Sought (SS) number is SS00003 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought. Joint Base Andrews anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 238330 - Flooring Contractors. The size standard for NAICS is $16.5M All performance must be completed within Fiscal Year 21. Preference to contractors within a 100mile radiance of Joint Base Andrews for timely response to possible emergency support or unforeseen support requests. Site Visits can be arrangred if necessary. The Description of this requirement is: This project is to furnish and install rubber flooring in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and all applicable attachments and specifications. All work shall be performed IAW industry, state, federal and local standards for quality and safety. The following is incorrectly stated in the SoW: 3.0 DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE 3.1 Delivery and Performance. All flooring and associated materials shall be delivered within seventy- five (30) days after award. Flooring replacement shall be completed within sixty (30) calendar days of material delivery. The project duration shall not exceed one-hundred thirty-five (60) calendar days. The correct information is: 3.1 Delivery and Performance. The project duration shall not exceed sixty (60) calendar days Include in your response your DUNS, Cage Code, System for Award Management expiration date, and any related specifications/drawings. NOTE: RESPONSES TO THIS SS SHALL STATE IF THEY ARE A SUPPLIER OR MANUFACTURER! Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision.
