Stormwater management to include replacement/new pipe, subsurface storage, a pumping station. This infrastructure and stormwater management facility must designed for year 2100 and meet current UFCs and anticipated new MDE requirements. The new emerging MDE requirements include either a 20% increase to rainfall or managing 25-year storm versus a 10-year storm. Proposed stormwater infrastructure captured in the subsurface storage tank is shown on the attached plans.
