A firm fixed price requirement will be posted for the procurement of the following: Qty 53, NSN 1680-99-958-2695 Reel, Shoulder Harness Qty 130, NSN 1680-99-695-3410 Pull Handle Catapult The Government does not own the data rights for a competitive requirement, therefore, the solicitation will be posted Sole Source to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company (CAGE U1604). The only additional sources that may be considered for award beyond Martin-Baker will be a Martin-Baker authorized distributor. Proposal response will be reuired NLT 30 days after date of posted solicitation. A technical data package (TDP) will be not be included with the solicitation.
