SPRWA1-26-R-0004 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price contract for a requirements contract with 4 ordering periods, with BEQs of 43, 14, 12, and 14 respectively. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Ontic Engineering, CAGE 45934 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
