The government intends to award a sole-source contract to Rolls-Royce Corporation for three hydraulic actuators (NSN 2840-01-599-5466, P/N 23090159). Delivery is required 120 days after receipt of order. Although only Rolls-Royce will be solicited, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation for consideration.
