This will be limited competition among currently qualified sources as noted below, with the addition of a single large business, Moog (CAGE: 0ZWK8) This solicitation is to establish a single award contract for the purchase of the C-5 Electro-Mechanical Actuators IAW attached documents.This acquisition shall be a 100% Small Business Set Aside, sources limited to those who possess the data and capability to meet the requirement. The currently qualified small business sources are: Linear Motion, LLC (CAGE: 0A335) and Thomas Instruments, Inc. (CAGE:5H860) Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-24-R-0005 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for the items and estimated quantities as listed in the attachments.
