Attached Request for Proposal is being competed as 100% set-aside for small business for a single IDIQ contract, the specifics of which are within the attached documents. Award will be made utilizing full and open competition among all responsible small business sources. This effort requires pre-award source qualification. The small business sources approved for this buy are currently JEMCO (CAGE 721Z6) and D-J Engineering (CAGE: 0C7H8). Other qualified sources are Danko Arlington (CAGE: 26993) and Thomas Instrument (CAGE:5H860). Qualified offerors who have not submitted an approved SAR package or waiver (in accordance with Source Qualification Statement, Section C, as posted 10 AUG 2022 under notice ID FD2060-23-00074 on SAM.gov) for this current buy will be eliminated from consideration for award. To submit SAR package, please contact the undersigned. Detail data/drawings/schematics or any other releasable technical data are available within this solicitation. To obtain copies of bidset documents an interested vendor must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Interested venders will be asked to request copes of the bidset by providing their CAGE number to the contracting officer (PCO) listed below.
