SPRWA1-23-R-0010 is a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract with 5 ordering periods with Best Estimated Quantities as follows: Basic: 10 each Ordering Period 1: 6 each Ordering Period 2: 6 each Ordering Period 3: 6 each Ordering Period 4: 6 each The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, MOOG, Inc., CAGE 0ZWK8, Elma, NY, pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1).
