This requirement will be solicited under SPRWA1-24-R-0005. This is an amended synopsis for subject requirement: The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire depot level reparable spares applicable to C-5 aircraft as listed in the attachment. The proposed Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract is for a one-year basic period, and three one-year ordering periods. This will be a 100% small-business set-aside open to all qualified small businesses. The currently qualified small business sources are: Linear Motion, LLC (CAGE: 0A335); Mistequay Group, Ltd. (CAGE:3V697); and Thomas Instruments, Inc. (CAGE:5H860) Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-23-R-0006 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for the items and estimated quantities as listed in the attached. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as a 100% SBSA. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition and the notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
