The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire NSN 6130-01-256-2085BY, Part Number 535493-1, Power Supply for the AN/ARC-164. SPRWA1-23-R-0004 is written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for the quantities of 2 First Article items, and 348 each of this NSN, with a period of performance of 300 calendar days ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems, CAGE 8M6A5, pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
