A requirement has been identified for C-130, 54H60 Rotating Cam, NSN: 1610-00-628-6438, part number 527110, and Electronic Propeller Control System (EPCS) Pump Housing, 1610-10-693-2560, part 765445-4. The Rotating Cam is a cylindrical device with irregular shaped slots which rotates in a limited arc of travel for the purpose of changing the pitch of radiating blades. Cam best estimated quantities are 81 each for 2021 and 1 to 50 each for 2022 thru 2025. The EPCS is an upgrade to legacy 54H60 propeller system improving propeller reliability, maintainability, and performance. Pump Housing best estimated quantities are 50 to 100 each for 2021, and 20 to 50 each for 2022 and 2023. RFP is expected to post to Contracting Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov on or around 9 Feb 2021.
