The DLA/AWB Contracting Office is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of producing the Power Control Module (PCM) and High Bandwidth Assembly (HBA) for the BRU-57/A Smart Bomb Rack used on F-16 C/D aircraft. The PCM manages electrical power for the bomb rack, while the HBA routes high-speed data between the F-16 and two smart weapons. The original equipment manufacturer is L3Harris, and the Government lacks releasable technical data, drawings, or schematics, making L3Harris the only known source with the required knowledge and capabilities.
