This is a one-time buy contract for the C-5 Rotary Hand Pump, supporting the C-5 aircraft platform. Delivery of 19 units is required, with an estimated delivery of 180 days after receipt of order. The government does not own the technical data package, and the requirement will be solicited sole source to Hydro-Aire Aerospace Corp.
