The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the TH-1H Helicopter - C-5000 Radio. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Chelton Avionics, Inc d.b.a. Canyon AeroConnect (CAGE 1WZW2). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
