This requirement is for the procurement of the Multipurpose Display (MPD) Low Voltage Power Supply, Part Number 987-0000-215, NSN 6130-01-626-9365FX (hereafter, “Low Voltage Power Supply”) to maintain the capability to sustain the F-15E fleet. This effort will result in the NSN addition for spares to an already established Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements type, contract with Collins Aerospace that falls under the DLA Aviation Captains of Industry Contract, SPE4AX-18-D-9402. The period of performance for the acquisition is FY 2023 to FY 2027. The purchase request supporting this contracting action is FD2060-23-00084. The below estimated cost and values are subject to only NSN 6130-01-626-9365FX. The Quantity/Structure of the upcomin requirement will be as follows: 5 Year Ordering Period: Basic Ordering Period BEQ - 46, Ordering Periods 1-4 BEQ: 10 The AMC/AMSC for this procurement will be 3/R, which states that the government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined uneconomical to purchase the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part due to the high cost and not having the data. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. If one source has the rights or data to manufacture this item, AMCs 3,4, and 5 are valid. If two or more sources have the rights or data to manufacture this item, AMCs 1 or 2 is valid. Historically, the Low Voltage Power Supply has been procured from the OEM, Collins Aerospace. The approved source, Collins Aerospace, retains data rights, manufacturing knowledge, and technical data.
