Request for Quote, SPRWA1-23-R-0007 (see attachment) is an requirement to procure 3 each (EA) Aux Scavenge Fuel Pump (National Stock Number (NSN): 2915-01-597-3485, P/N: 23088351) for the Aux Scavenge Fuel Pump using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements at this time. A one-time buy firm fixed price (FFP) contract from Large Business Rolls Royce, CAGE 63005 is expected to be awarded. The specific PS will be used on all Aux Scavenge Fuel Pump and associated variants to fulfill mission needs.
