Solicitation will be issued on or around 02 January 2023. The Rotary Hand Pump is used on both the C-5 and C-17 military transport aircraft. This item is a manually operated low pressure hydraulic pump used in conjunction with a filler receptacle and a fill selector valve. The pump pumps hydraulic fluid from the filler receptacle to the reservoir. The assembly is used to replenish the reservoir after servicing various components of the aircraft hydraulic system.
