SUBJECT: Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of B1 EASTE Signal Generators, Part Number (P/N) E8257D-520-UNT-UNU-1E1-1ED-1EM-1CP; National Stock Number (NSN) 6625-01-583-6234KV. ITEM DESCRIPTION This Signal Generator synthesizes signal sources with high resolution phase-lock capability and generates both discrete CW frequencies and broad and narrow band sweeps across various frequencies for the B1 EASTE Cart. INTEREST The DLA/AWB Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES for the manufacture of B1 EASTE Signal Generators, Part Number (P/N) E8257D-520-UNT-UNU-1E1-1ED-1EM-1CP; National Stock Number (NSN) 6625-01-583-6234KV. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 17Feb23 to Patrick Sutton via email (patrick.sutton.1@us.af.mil). The Government intends to procure these items using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
