The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire Liquid Quantity Indicators for the C-130H aircraft using sole source acquisition procedures. Solicitation SPRWA1-22-R-0016 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for New/ Unused material to obtain one five year REQUIREMENTS type Contract with pricing periods as follows: NSN: 6680-01-394-2555 Part Number: 10097-0101 Quantity: Basic Pricing Period : 1-45 EA Pricing Period I: 1-15 EA Pricing Period II: 1-15 EA Pricing Period III: 1-10 EA Pricing Period IV: 1-10 EA Delivery: 180 days after each individual order Duration of Contract Period: Completion of shipment of units Manufacturer: Simmonds Precision Products, Inc Cage: 89305 Detailed drawings are not available from the procuring activity. It will not be a split award but all or none. This acquisition will be processed sole source to Honeywell in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). A written solicitation will be issued. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
