Ship To: SW3119/ F.O.B Origin. This contracting action is subject to Prequalification Requirements and will be competed among pre-qualified sources. Contractors intending to propose on this effort will need to submit pre-qualification documents immediately in order to allow the Government the time to make a determination of the Contractor’s Qualifications (reference FAR 9.202(e)). In order to have a proposal considered, the contractor MUST BE DETERMINED TO BE QUALIFIED. Qualifications requirements have previously been advertised for these items. Please see the previously advertised qualifications requirements and the Source Qualification Statement in Pre-Solicitation link below. Proposals will not be accepted from unqualified sources. Access to drawings to interested party who has not been qualified requires an approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Agreement. The 3B Flap Actuator Assembly (P/N 5901-131E; NSN 1680-01-162-5858) is a self-contained power transmitting device designed to convert rotary motion to linear (straight-line) mechanical movement. The 3B Flap Actuator Assembly is part of the C-5 flap system that physically drives the positioning of the number 3 flaps facilitating the aircraft’s ability to operate at a relatively slow speed for takeoff and landing and high speeds for cruise.
