The AN/ALR-56M is a system used on the F-16 and C-130J. The Video Amplifier (5996-01-365-4599EW) is a component of the Super heterodyne Controller LRU 6 which receives the baseband CVR signals and depending upon the power apply the resultant (video) output to LOG/SPU Board Assembly A10A4 of the video processor section as SPULOG (video). This acquisition will be Limited Competition under FAR 6.302-1. The only two qualified manufacturers for this item are AKON (CAGE: 5V234) and Teledyne (CAGE: 16170). Suitable technical data is not available to permit acquisition from other sources.
