The proposed acquisition will be contracted sole source to National Instruments Corporation (CAGE 64667), 11500 N MoPac Expy, Austin TX, 78759-3504 pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
