The Government does not own or have access to the engineering data for these items. FUNCTION: Video recording and maps system (VRAMS), The VP is the central processing unit for the system. The VP processes video inputs/outputs (I/O), as well as analog and discrete I/O. It also collects and processes data from the Intercommunications Set Control Panel (ICSCP), Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP) and the VRAMS Remote Receptacle (VRR). The VP houses the PRMM, a pertinent aircraft data accessory used by maintenance personnel after each mission. The recorded video, audio, MIL-STD-1553 data, and digital map data are concurrently transferred to and from the CRMM. The CRMM stores video for in-flight video playback and for post-mission debrief. The CRMM stores pre-loaded NGA-based data for digital map generation and processing. The VRAMS accepts aircraft discrete and MIL-STD-1553 data to support aircraft maintenance. The PRMM stores aircraft data for use by maintenance personnel after each mission.
