The Government intends to award a single Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for this acquisition. This limited source procurement will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with either Symbolic Displays, Inc. (19565), Transicoil, LLC. (82686), or Collins Aerospace (84T51). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. The particulars of this Requirements IDC are as follows: NSN: 1290-01-395-2696 P/N: PC82040-4 Noun: Multipurpose Display (MPD) Control Panel Assembly Required delivery: 10 Months ARO Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): Basic (First Article) 2 Ordering Period I 37 Ordering Period II 10 Ordering Period III 10 Ordering Period IV 10 Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRWA1-25-R-0020 is estimated to be posted within 15 days after the close of this synopsis. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
