This is a procurement for turbine aircraft disk spares, with a required delivery of 1 unit starting on or before September 30, 2027, to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources, specifically noting General Electric Company as a qualified source. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal request for competition, proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered.
