This is a spares procurement for 13 Power Control Assemblies (NSN 1680-01-258-5608, P/N 2101272-4-2) used on F-16 aircraft. Delivery is required to DTW004 on or before 7 December 2026. Honeywell International is the qualified source, engineering source approval is required, and the Government does not own the data or rights needed to manufacture the item; the Government intends to solicit/negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources. Export control and UID requirements apply, and the acquisition will not be set aside. Award is anticipated 90 days after issuance of the notice, and the solicitation will be available electronically only via SAM.gov.
