The Air Force is procuring digital computers for the KC-46 aircraft (NSN 7021-01-652-8356KT, P/N 762-17824-1), with a total line-item quantity of 16 each and a range of 4 to 24 each, destined for SW3211 (TAC FRS2). The item requires qualification and is subject to FAA certification procedures; UID requirements apply, surplus is not authorized, and the acquisition is not set aside. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source or limited-source basis, with Boeing (CAGE 81205) as the only qualified source, and does not own the data/rights needed to manufacture the item. Required delivery is on or before May 12, 2027, and award is anticipated 90 days after issuance of the notice.
