The Government intends to procure spares for a hydraulic dive unit (NSN 1650-01-308-0839, PN 2048666-2-1) used on the F-16, with line-item quantities of 2, 1, and 2. Qualification and export-control requirements apply, UID requirements apply, surplus is not authorized, the acquisition is not set aside, and the only identified qualified source is MOOG Inc (CAGE 0ZWK8). Delivery is required on or before 16 Mar 2027 for line items shipping to DJO002 and DLO002, and on or before 21 Mar 2027 for the line item shipping to DTW004. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to manufacture the item, interested firms should contact the OEM about data/rights, and award is anticipated 90 days after issuance of the notice. Electronic procedures will be used via SAM.gov, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources, though responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation for consideration.
