The government intends to procure spare Starter Valves (NSN 2995-01-204-6249, PN 3214466-5-4) for the B-1 aircraft, with a line-item quantity of 39 each and an allowable range of 10–59. The item regulates air to the air turbine starter; it is approximately 12 x 8 x 10 inches, weighs about 2 lbs, and is made of aluminum and steel. This acquisition is not set aside and is intended for sole/limited-source negotiation with Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 99193), as the government does not own the data or rights needed to manufacture the item. Delivery is required on or before 21 MAR 2029, shipped to SW3211, and award is anticipated 90 days after issuance of the notice.
