The Government seeks spares for an F-15 parts upgrade kit (NSN 1650-01-72-4239HY, P/N 174-98), with a line-item quantity of 542 each and delivery on or before November 17, 2029, to SW3211. The acquisition is not set-aside, surplus is not authorized, and qualification requirements do not exist. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to manufacture the item, and it intends to solicit/negotiate with only one or a limited number of responsible sources; Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE 99167) is the qualified source. The solicitation will be handled electronically and available only via sam.gov, with award anticipated 90 days after issuance of the notice.
