The Air Force is procuring spare Rate of Fuel Flow Indicators for the F-16, identified by NSNs 6620-01-278-8027 or 6620-01-206-9875 and PNs 40-637-4 or 266-025-002, with UID requirements applying and surplus not authorized. The requirement is for 97 each, with a minimum of 24 and maximum of 146, and delivery on or before January 25, 2030, to SW3211 (TAC FRS2). The acquisition is not set aside and will be solicited/negotiated with only one or a limited number of sources; qualified sources are Meggitt (UK) Limited and Parker Hannifin Corporation. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to manufacture the item, so interested firms should contact the OEM, and the solicitation will be available electronically via SAM.gov. Award is anticipated 90 days after solicitation issuance, with price and past performance factors expected in the evaluation.
