This requirement is for Stage 1 Fan Blade compressor blades (NSN 2840-01-695-0035; P/N 2814M91P01) for the F110 engine, made from 6Al-4V titanium and classified as a Critical Safety Item. It is a firm-fixed-price buy with quantities from 20 to 122 each, a BEQ of 81 each, and delivery of 81 each on or before 15 July 2028 to destination SW3211. General Electric Company (CAGE 07482) is the qualified source, and no set-aside applies; the Government states the supplies are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, IUID applies, Free Trade Agreements are noted, and export control does not apply.
