This is a contract for the new manufacture of 28 F-16 emergency oxygen systems for delivery to Foreign Military Sales countries beginning in January 2025. The solicitation is a non-competitive, limited-source notice of intent, not a formal request for proposals. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication may be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. A key requirement is that sources must be pre-qualified to be eligible for award. Specifications and drawings are incomplete and will not be provided by the Government.
