This is a procurement for 14 F118 engine compressor rotors, with a quantity range of 4-21, to be delivered by October 31, 2028. The Government intends to solicit and compete this contract with only a limited number of sources, identifying GE Aviation as the only currently known source capable of meeting the requirements. Performance will require shipping to location code SW3211. The solicitation will not use commercial item procedures, but parties may identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of the notice. All requests and communications must be in writing or by fax, as electronic procedures will be used and telephone requests are not accepted.
